EXHAUSTO acquires Novema aggregater
EXHAUSTO A/S has reached agreement with Novema aggregater a/s to buy 100% shares in the Norwegian based company as per 1 January 2010. With an annual turnover of NOK 145m, Novema aggregater a/s is one of the leading ventilation companies in the Norwegian market.
Acquisition of Novema aggregater a/s is the first step in EXHAUSTO’s strategy for growth, through which, in a few years, EXHAUSTO aims to play a leading role in the North European ventilation market.
Novema aggregater and EXHAUSTO’s product portfolios are a near-perfect match. Novema is market-renowned for its high-quality, high-performance products. The company is also very strong in the ventilation segment, producing integrated cooling and heat pump systems – an excellent supplement to EXHAUSTO’s compact, energy-optimised comfort ventilator solutions.

As a result of the acquisition, EXHAUSTOs Norwegian sales company will become a part of Novema aggregater. At the same time, other EXHAUSTO companies will be in a position to offer their customers the range of ventilation systems that has made Novema market leader in Norway.For more information:
