QuickSelect: New Simple Product Selector
EXHAUSTOs new online program QuickSelect gives a quick survey of the right choice of product and easy access to relevant information regarding planning.
For more than 10 years EXHAUSTO has placed IT calculation tools at the disposal of our customers - first on CD, but in keeping with the spirit of the age, the range of EXHAUSTO tools has been available online for several years.
The newly developed QuickSelect program makes it possible in just 5 steps to select the product most suitable (heat recovery unit or fan) for an ongoing project.
Already in step 2 of the program the user is introduced to all the units and fans respectively which are able to solve the task given: Air volume at a given duct pressure loss. A well-arranged screen picture introduces the user to all relevant data which make it easy to get a quick overview of energy consumption and prices:
- Temperature efficiency
- Capacity graph incl. selected operating point
- Energy consumption for fans and heating
- Gross price
In connection with the calculated energy consumption the total costs of energy are also calculated on the basis of the information given by the user about energy prices related to the ongoing project.
After having chosen the configuration (for example spigot positioning) in step 3 and accessories in step 4, the user can specify in step 5 exactly what printout is needed for the project chosen. It is a matter of technical specifications incl. gross prices of the selected products, capacity graph, energy calculations, sound data and dimensioned sketches - also in AutoCAD format.

EXHAUSTO also offers a number of other IT tools all of which are designed to ease the daily work of the professional customer:

- Living calculator - a specific calculation tool for system solutions in the field of residential ventilation
